Rob brings over 15 years of experience in water resources management ranging from land-use and master planning to project design in the Bay Area, regionally and internationally. He also plays a critical role in all major operations of the firm including client services, business strategy, and office management. Rob’s professional focus is sustainable water resources planning and design, which is supported by technical expertise in low-impact-development (LID) stormwater management; green stormwater infrastructure design; rainwater and greywater reuse; computer modeling for surface water hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality; regulatory compliance; municipal water resources planning; and watershed management planning. His is most recent projects at Lotus have included work on a modified compliance policy for SFPUC Stormwater Design Guidelines requirements, planning for the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP) Urban Watershed Assessments, and design of the Yosemite Creek Daylighting and Baker Beach Green Street SSIP Early Implementation Projects.
Anyone who’s met Rob can say he is a just an all-around fun guy to be around in both a professional environment and on a personal level. He lives a very active lifestyle that includes playing soccer, riding his bike, and spending time with his family. To keep the motor going, he also enjoys snacking (pretty much anything chocolate).
