Rob brings over 20 years of experience in water resources management ranging from watershed scale land-use planning to project design in the Bay Area, California, and internationally. Rob’s professional focus is sustainable water resources planning and design, which is supported by technical expertise in low-impact-development (LID) stormwater management; green stormwater infrastructure; rainwater harvesting and greywater reuse; regulatory compliance; and computer modeling for surface water hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality. His most recent projects involve planning and design of regional stormwater capture projects as cost-effective elements of a balanced MS4 or CSO program.
