Green Infrastructure Plan

With project partners EOA and Paradigm, Lotus developed a Green Infrastructure (GI) Plan for the County that maps out a recommended implementation strategy to achieve Bay water quality objectives by 2040. To facilitate implementation of the GI Plan, Lotus led the development of several new technical resources for the County, including a new Drainage Manual and GI Typical Details. The Drainage Manual describes the County’s approach to stormwater management and defines design and submittal requirements based on project type and complexity. As part of developing the Plan, Lotus also evaluated and developed regional stormwater project concept designs on multiple County parcels, including park parcels.
